A highly-acclaimed Architecture & Design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its growing Brisbane studio.
  
With an impressive portfolio spanning luxury multi-residential developments, premium hotels and landmark tower projects, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a design-led, collaborative environment.
  
The ideal candidate will be a talented all-rounder with strong design sensibilities, exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead projects from initial concept through to detailed documentation and construction oversight.
  
The Opportunity:
  
Working alongside a talented and multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering sophisticated, high-end interior design projects. You will take ownership of project delivery, build strong client relationships and collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure design excellence at every stage.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through to documentation and construction administration.
• Develop innovative, considered design solutions for luxury residential, hospitality and high-rise projects.
• Manage client relationships and confidently present design concepts and project outcomes.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee design documentation and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture and support the broader project team.

About You:
  
You are a confident, proactive and commercially aware interior designer who combines creative flair with strong technical expertise and proven project leadership capabilities.
  
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 7–15 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong track record delivering high-end projects.
• Demonstrated experience across luxury multi-residential, hospitality and/or high-rise developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and a thorough understanding of design documentation.
• Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively within a wider team.
• A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for design excellence.
