Job Alerts and Website Forms

For job alerts, this includes your first name, last name, email address and the job preferences you choose (categories, sub categories, locations and work types). For enquiries and applications, this includes your name, contact details and any CV, portfolio or other files you attach.

Job alerts are sent only after you confirm your sign-up by email. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link and the contact details of the consultant for the role.

If you unsubscribe, we stop sending job alerts. We keep a record of your name, email address and preferences, including after you unsubscribe, so that we can respect your choice and manage our candidate records. You may ask us to access, correct or delete this information at any time by contacting hello@form-careers.com.

Information submitted through our website forms is stored using secure systems provided by our technology providers, including Cloudflare (website and data hosting), Google (secure spreadsheet records) and Resend (email delivery). These providers act on our behalf and may process information outside the country in which it was collected, as described under International Operations & Cross-Border Transfers. We do not sell your personal information.

Candidate Consent and Representation

FORM Careers will obtain your consent before submitting your CV or other personally identifiable candidate information to a prospective employer or client in connection with a specific employment opportunity.

We will not knowingly forward your CV to a prospective employer for a specific role without your permission to do so. Where appropriate, FORM Careers may discuss candidate profiles with clients on an anonymised or non-identifiable basis, provided that information capable of identifying the individual is not disclosed without their consent.

Because FORM Careers undertakes recruitment internationally, the countries involved will vary depending upon the particular recruitment assignment, candidate and client.

Where personal information is disclosed internationally, FORM Careers will take appropriate steps, having regard to applicable legal requirements, to protect that information and ensure that it is handled appropriately.
