With a Distinction in Architecture from the University of Nottingham, my career began in London at Rafael Viñoly Architects and AHMM, where I developed a strong foundation in design and project environments. In 2009, I transitioned into architecture and design recruitment, bringing first-hand industry experience into talent strategy and advisory.
Since 2011, I have specialised exclusively in the Asian architecture and design sector, leading mandates while managing recruitment teams and agency offices across Hong Kong and Singapore. My work is defined by insight-led, strategically grounded advisory guided by purpose, clarity, and deep industry understanding.
In 2021, I founded FORM Careers in Singapore to deliver a more strategic, partnership-driven approach to recruitment, built on the belief that effective recruitment extends far beyond placements to enable long-term business growth and meaningful career progression.

I studied Interior Architecture at Monash University in Melbourne and built my early professional experience working with leading practices, including The Buchan Group in Melbourne and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in London. I transitioned into design and architecture recruitment in 2006 while based in London, and in 2010 I returned to Melbourne to establish and lead a specialist recruitment agency, which I successfully ran for 13 years.
My experience spans strategic appointments through to the development and delivery of recruitment initiatives for some of Australia’s most respected architecture and design practices, across projects of varying scale, structure, and organisational impact. I play a key role in expanding FORM Careers across Australia’s major cities. I am deeply connected within the industry and recognised for my experience, insight, and leadership, partnering with top-tier firms to provide strategic guidance on hiring, team growth, and long-term talent planning.
