The Opportunity

FORM Careers is working with a leading international design practice seeking an exceptionally creative Senior Interior Designer to join its Singapore studio.

This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the region's most ambitious and sophisticated hospitality developments, creating distinctive guest experiences for luxury hotels, resorts and lifestyle destinations.

We are looking for a designer with a strong creative identity, an instinct for storytelling and the ability to develop original concepts that translate into beautifully considered interior environments. The successful candidate will play an influential role in shaping the design direction of projects, working alongside experienced international teams and leading the creative process from initial ideas through to execution.

The Role
  • Take ownership of the creative direction for high-end hospitality interiors, developing compelling concepts that respond to the destination, brand and guest experience.
  • Translate design narratives into spatial strategies, material palettes, conceptual sketches and engaging client presentations.
  • Lead the development of interior design schemes from early concept and schematic design through to detailed design and implementation.
  • Create distinctive design solutions that balance aesthetic ambition with functionality, operational requirements and buildability.
  • Collaborate with architects, specialist consultants, operators and other design disciplines to deliver cohesive environments.
  • Present design proposals confidently to clients and project stakeholders, communicating both the creative vision and the thinking behind it.
  • Oversee design quality, detailing and material integration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior designers, encouraging design exploration and technical excellence.
  • Participate in design reviews and site coordination to ensure the original design vision is maintained through delivery.
About You
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • Approximately 6 to 10 years of professional experience, with a substantial portfolio of luxury hospitality interiors.
  • A particularly strong background in concept design, with evidence of original thinking, storytelling and sophisticated spatial design.
  • Experience working on international hotels, resorts, branded hospitality or comparable high-end environments.
  • Excellent visual communication skills, including concept presentations, sketching, material selection and three-dimensional design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and SketchUp or Rhino.
  • Sound understanding of design development, interior detailing, materials and project delivery.
  • Confident working with clients, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience across regional or international projects, together with additional language capabilities, would be advantageous.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
An opportunity to join an internationally recognised design environment where creativity is genuinely valued, working on significant hospitality developments across Asia and beyond.

The position offers meaningful creative ownership, exposure to ambitious international projects and the opportunity to further establish yourself as a specialist in luxury hospitality design.

Singaporean and Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised.
