FORM Careers is partnering with a leading international architecture and interiors practice to appoint Hospitality Interior Designers to its Singapore studio.

The practice is looking for designers with genuine strength in concept design to lead the creative direction of hotels, resorts and F&B projects across the region. You’ll turn brand, place and guest experience into compelling design stories, and see them through design development with a talented interiors team.

The role:
  • Lead concept development, from first sketches and mood boards to a clear design direction.
  • Create concept presentations, visuals and material palettes.
  • Present ideas confidently to clients, operators and project teams.
  • Develop space planning and layouts that support the guest experience.
  • Carry concepts through design development with FF&E, architecture and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors on finishes, lighting and FF&E.
About you:
  • 5+ years’ experience in hospitality interior design.
  • A portfolio led by strong concept work, ideally including regional projects.
  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
  • Strong sketching, visual storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strong skills in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, with Revit or 3D visualisation a plus.
  • An understanding of hotel operator and brand standards is a plus.
Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents will be prioritised.
