An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate / Senior Associate Interior Designer to join a leading multi-disciplinary architecture and design studio in their Brisbane studio.

We are seeking an experienced healthcare designer who can confidently lead projects from client and user-group consultations through to documentation and project delivery.

About the Role As an Associate / Senior Associate Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare projects while working closely with clients, stakeholders, architects and multidisciplinary teams.

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Client and stakeholder engagement
• User-group consultations and workshops
• Concept and design development
• Documentation
• Coordination with multidisciplinary project teams
• Construction documentation and delivery
• Supporting project teams and mentoring junior designers
• Contributing to the growth and development of the Brisbane studio

About You We are looking for an experienced and confident interior designer with:

• 8+ years' post-qualification experience in Australia
• Proven experience delivering healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, processes and project delivery
• Experience working directly with clients and user groups
• Excellent design, documentation and communication skills
• The ability to confidently manage multiple project stages and stakeholders
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
• Associate or Senior Associate-level experience within an architecture or design practice is advantageous
