I'm currently partnering with a well-established Tier 2 Architecture practice in Sydney that is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Documenter/Technician to join its growing team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex projects valued at $100M+ across the NSW market. Working alongside a highly regarded team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality technical documentation and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  
The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-10+ years' experience in an Architectural Documenter or Technician role.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce accurate, coordinated documentation.
• Previous experience working on large-scale, complex projects valued at $100M+.
• Strong technical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working on Australian projects with a sound understanding of local building codes, regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
