A well-regarded Melbourne design studio is seeking a talented Registered Architect with 10+ years’ experience to join their collaborative team in a senior, design-focused role.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Architect who combines strong front-end design capability with technical expertise. You will play a key role in leading multi-residential projects from feasibility and concept design through to Town Planning and early Design Development stages.

Working closely with leadership, you will be involved in client presentations, project forecasting and resourcing, while mentoring and guiding smaller project teams across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client presentations and design meetings.
• Manage and mentor project teams across multiple projects.
• Deliver high-quality concept and Town Planning packages.
• Develop innovative and creative design solutions.
• Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, competitions and submissions.
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting and resourcing.
• Contribute to practice-wide professional development initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design thinking.
• Proven experience delivering Town Planning documentation packages.
• Highly proficient in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and Enscape.
• Thorough understanding of BADS and NCC requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative approach.
