FORM Careers is a specialist recruitment agency founded in Singapore in 2021 by architect Lucy Richardson. In 2026, the business expanded to Australia under the direction of Interior Architect & Director Kate Owens, with the establishment of the Melbourne office.
We specialise in recruiting talent across Architecture, Interior Design, Property Development, and Construction throughout Asia Pacific.
As a founder-led business built by ex-industry professionals, we bring deep sector understanding and a hands-on approach to every search. We take the time to understand each business’s culture, team dynamics, and long-term goals, allowing us to deliver recruitment with purpose and clarity.
