FORM Careers is a specialist recruitment agency founded in Singapore in 2021 by architect Lucy Richardson. In 2026, the business expanded to Australia under the direction of Interior Architect & Director Kate Owens, with the establishment of the Melbourne office.
We specialise in recruiting talent across Architecture, Interior Design, Property Development, and Construction throughout Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East.
