“Approachable, responsive and incredibly encouraging.”

“Kate was fantastic at understanding the type of role I was looking for while also taking the time to explore other opportunities that could be a great fit. She was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly encouraging throughout the process. Kate provided multiple interview opportunities and leveraged her excellent network and industry contacts to help open doors. Her support, communication, and genuine commitment made the entire experience really positive. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for a new career opportunity.”

“Candidates were of a very high quality.”

“Having known Kate for nearly a decade, it was a pleasure engaging her services to recruit for what is one of the most significant roles ever recruited for the organisation. Candidates were of a very high quality that supported some rigorous internal debate about direction and fine tuning the actual human requirements / industry experience the role really required. Communication was on point, driving us internally when we had lags / indecision. We successfully appointed a candidate and we can't wait to welcome them to our team.”

“I loved Kate's industry knowledge.”

“I loved Kate's industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills. She took the time to understand my experience and what I was looking for and shared her perspective on what would be a genuinely good fit for me as well as the practice. She navigated conversations thoughtfully and professionally, advocating where appropriate while maintaining trust and a positive relationship on both sides.”
