FORM Careers is recruiting for a Senior Architect / Architectural Manager to join the lead consultant team delivering a major mixed-use development in Singapore.
This is a statutory and technical role rather than a design-led position. You’ll take a key role in driving authority submissions, regulatory compliance and technical delivery, while coordinating the architectural team and wider consultant group through the project. We are aiming for an Associate or Senior Associate level hire.
The project is large, complex and highly visible, offering the opportunity to take genuine responsibility for the delivery of a major Singapore development.

We’re looking for:
- Around 10-15+ years’ architectural experience, with substantial project experience in Singapore.
- Strong experience across statutory requirements, authority submissions and approvals in Singapore.
- Sound knowledge of local building codes, regulations and compliance processes.
- Experience coordinating complex technical packages and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Confidence reviewing documentation and driving submissions through the relevant authorities to approval.
- The technical knowledge and experience to work closely with, and confidently challenge, the project QP where appropriate.
- Experience across major mixed-use, commercial, hospitality or similarly complex developments would be highly regarded.
- Strong experience attending technical and consultant coordination meetings and working directly with clients.
- Someone comfortable taking ownership of the technical and statutory delivery rather than sitting purely within a design function.
- BOA registration or QP status is advantageous but not required. The priority is demonstrable Singapore statutory, technical and authority experience.
