Associate Level Design Architect
FORM Careers is recruiting for an established international architecture practice in Singapore seeking an Associate Level Design Architect to join its team.
The role will work across a portfolio of major projects throughout Southeast Asia, with the successful candidate matched to a project team according to their experience and strengths. Current work includes large-scale mixed-use developments, integrated resorts and high-rise buildings, offering exposure to complex and significant regional projects.
The Role:
This is a senior design position for an experienced Architect who can lead projects and teams through design development while maintaining a strong understanding of technical delivery.
You will work closely with senior design leadership, clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams, taking responsibility for design quality, coordination and the progression of projects through key stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop architectural design across major projects.
• Guide project teams through concept and design development stages.
• Translate design intent into coordinated and deliverable architectural solutions.
• Manage design teams, resources, programmes and key deliverables.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Review and guide drawings, documentation and project outputs.
• Maintain design quality throughout the development of the project.
• Mentor and support architects and designers within the team.
• Contribute confidently to client presentations and design discussions.
About You:
We are looking for an accomplished Architect with approximately 10–15 years of professional experience, combining strong design ability with the experience to lead teams and significant projects.
You should bring:
• A recognised degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design development on substantial architectural projects.
• Experience leading and coordinating architectural design teams.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and technical coordination.
• Confidence working directly with clients and consultant teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM workflows.
• Experience in large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, integrated resort, high-rise or infrastructure projects would be highly relevant.
• Singapore and wider Southeast Asian project experience would be advantageous.
• BOA registration would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary Up to S$11,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
